When will my order ship or be ready for pickup?

We do our best to have items ready to ship or for pickup within 5-7 business days. Our goal is always to have it ready sooner. Holidays may impact these times.

Can you engrave a logo or specific design?

Yes! Reach out to us at contact@woodlandlaseranddesign.com to discuss your needs. Please send images to be engraved as a PNG or SVG file format. Please note, we will not be able to engrave copyrighted material.

Why does the engraving on my items look different than on your website?

All of our wood items are made from natural wood. Because of this, variations in the wood grain may impact the color of the engraving. Each piece is one of a kind.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer local pickup in Calhoun, GA. Select pickup at checkout.

Can I put my serving board/cutting board in the dishwasher?

No, please hand wash only with soap and warm water. Dry with a clean towel and do not leave in water.
